To add an address book button:
Right click menu grey area Select customise Toolbar Tab, select new Give it a name “Address Book†and make it available to the normal template When you click OK a little box will appear on your screen.
Right click menu grey area Select customise Command Tab Category – Insert Scroll down commands list to “address book†Drag the book icon into your new box Drag the box up to the toolbar
View menu Toolbars Make sure there is a tick next to the address book toolbar.
