Installation and Config for the new Thunderbird v1.5

Things to consider:

1. User data held on the N:\ Drive - Do Not Delete\Mail\...
2. Local Folders on the N:\ Drive - Do Not Delete\Mail\...
3. Need to preserve users Personal and Collected Addresses
4. EN-GB Dictionary Plugin (v0.1)
5. The use of SSL for IMAP and SMTP, and the fact it won't work normally (on my PC anyway), Also need to consider the setup of Artemis with SSL so as not to cause problems when we migrate.
6. Enable "Spell as you Type"
7. Best Server Settings - Timeouts etc.
8. Smooth Migration and removal of old version, possible install to a different directory or rename the original directory. Overwriting is not advisable.
