Things to do to an ipaq
WiFi
- use the cd to install "Funk Odessy Client" or else they can't do WPA2/AES.
- Add keys to wifi (use the odessey cleint)
proxy
you need to use the "advanced" button under proxy and then click the HTTP line. Adding 10.10.254.254 port number 3128 and the ownners username and password
Groupwise Sync
When WiFi and proxy are working, then we need to set up sysn with groupwise.
Use IE (on the PDA) to browse for http://skaro.varndean.ac.uk/install and follow on screen instructions.
Password
Password is se as a simple 4 digit pin, see level 2 vault.
Anti Virus
- Run the installer from the T:\techfiles\software\PDA\Sav mobile\sav mobile\INSTALL
